Depending on the timing of your event and the number of people expected, we can accommodate your party either in our main bar area or in the small bar and inglenook area.  If the whole of the Thai restaurant is required, there would be a £20 supplement to cover our personnel costs.

We do expect full  payment on the day of the event.  However, should arrangements have to be made for a solicitor to settle the bill at a later date, we reserve the right to add 10% to the bill.

We offer the following finger buffets or fork buffets or can offer alternatives according to what you would like

Swan Finger Buffet
Consisting of a selection of sandwiches, pork pies, prawn crackers,  sausage rolls, quiche, cake.

Swan Special Fork Buffet in the Thai Restaurant
Buffet consisting of a smoked mackerel fillets, cold salmon fillets with cherry vine tomatoes, tiger prawn, potato & tomato salad, green salad, tomato & onion salad, sausage rolls, prawn crackers, vegetables spring rolls, chicken sates.  A selection of cake.

Thai Buffet
A  glass of bubbly or Bucks Fizz to greet you followed by a buffet featuring a selection of 6 Thai starters, 10 main dishes, rice and noodles, Thai soup, salad bar and a selection of desserts.

All bar drinks would be charged at our normal bar tariff and can either be added to your bill or charged directly to your guests.
